Day 5 = Helloooo, eggplant parm!!!

My hangover wasn't nearly as bad as it normally is because I've only been eating things made of water, thank goodness! The beer tasting was so much fun and only a few of my favorite kettle cooked chips were sacrificed, but I was so excited to get back on the diet the next day and it was easier than I thought. The reason for that is the fact that everything we eat on the diet is so delicous! Our fancy Saturday night dinner at home was this fantastic eggplant parmesean that I could eat over and over again! Here's the whole Day 5 menu:

Wake up: hot lemon water

Breakfast: grapes and the Fleischman Favorite Omelet, green tea

Mid-morning snack: Kefir smoothie

Lunch: Leftover Bangin' Chicken veggie soup, green tea

Afternoon snack: salad, strawberry and blueberry Kefir mixed together (my little experiment)

Dinner: Amazing Egglpant Parm recipe and green tea

Day 5 DONE!!!
